How the Process Works
Answer a few quick questions to complete the pre-qualification process.
Your recruitment team specialist will work to assess your current situation, review your personal, financial, and career goals, and determine if working together would be a good fit for both parties.
Review Driver Application
If you pre-qualify for a driver position, a recruitment specialist will review the options available to you. You can review the sign-on bonus, income potential, home time potential, and terms to see if you will make more money against your current situation. Alternatively, you will learn about other options available to achieve your goals.
Complete the Paperwork
If you qualify and would like to move forward with a driving position, you will need to complete an application (if you have not already), a background check, an insurance check, and then schedule travel arrangements to the office to finish the onboarding process. Your representative will be able to assist you in the process.
Complete Orientation
If your application is approved, the travel arrangements can be made immediately. Once you have arrived at the office, you will have a hotel room until you are assigned a truck, complete a road test, submit to a pre-employment drug test, complete the additional onboarding paperwork, and then quickly trained prior to being dispatched on your first load.
