    We are an irregular route carrier operating in all 48 states of America, with a heavy focus on the Midwest and southeast regions.

    Our freight at MadCo consists largely of building materials, steel products, lumber products, logs, poles, small machinery, aerospace products, military products, landscape products, agriculture products, and specialized loads.

    We do not force dispatch and simply ask for a 72 hour notice for personal time off, unless of emer- gency. We predispatch loads and when you cancel on a load, it hurts our company reputation, your reputation, and hurts the relationship that we have with the customer. If you are committed to a load, then we expect you to hold up to your end of the agreement and haul it, with very few exceptions.

    We review the market conditions routinely and will make sure you are running at a profitable rate on all miles. Rates will fluctuate based on your region of choice, particular lane, seasons, weekly mileage average, and input costs. When the fuel prices are high, matched with high demand, we can charge more, but when the fuel prices drop and supply drops, the rates would drop as well. We analyze the rates daily and give our dispatch team targets to hit, so you are in great hands.

    We have an office downtown Columbus Ohio, we have an office in South Florida, we have several employees that work remotely in the United States, and then we have several back office support staff that actually work overseas, how cool.

    We try to make it as short and sweet as possible. Orientation can be done online in our training portal and over a zoom video call with our recruitment team. If you are old school, then we can offer in person with our team in South Florida.
