COMPANY DRIVER INCOME POTENTIAL

Our drivers earn 25% base line haul. Plus a 5% monthly performance bonus.

LIVE TRUCK CAPACITY

Our operations team sends out numerous emails each day with a live truck capacity map for the present day and the next four days. This allows us to clearly show our upcoming truck capacity, where the truck will be empty next, and who to contact as well.

AUTOMATIC LOAD STATUS UPDATE

Our customers receive automatic messages that share the status of a given load – this is automatically generated with built-in geo fencing technologies, giving you peace of mind without having to make calls or contact the truck drivers pulling your freight.

GPS TRACKING ON TRUCKS & TRAILERS

Each MadCo truck and trailer is equipped with a GPS tracking unit, giving our office staff and our customers an exact location on each load at all times, no exceptions.

CUSTOMER ACTIVE LOAD MAPS

Each customer has access to a birds-eye view of a map showing each of their current loads in transit with MadCo, as well as the status, ETA, and more. This saves you time and gives you a peace of mind, without the need to make dozens of tracking calls.

ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

The advanced AI in our transportation management system makes sure that each load is delivered via the most efficient route possible, avoiding delays, increasing on-time delivery, and providing unparalleled reliability for the customer.

We are one of the most selective open deck carriers when it comes to driver recruitment and are currently one of the highest paying carriers in our area. As a result, you can be sure that some of the best, experienced and skilled drivers are hauling your freight.

CUSTOMIZED DRIVER APP

Our drivers are directly connected to our office via their mobile app giving us a faster turnaround with paperwork. Our drivers are dispatched directly to their phone with all load details and can scan bill of ladings, proof of deliveries, and other documents. This allows us to share important paperwork with the customer within minutes and not hours.

HISTORIC LOAD DATA

We collect and analyze the historical data of every customer – this helps us determine what has caused delays or issues in the past, helps avoid issues on future loads, and makes sure that each load is booked and delivered more efficiently than the previous.

DRIVER ACTIVITY REPORTS

Each driver has his or her own strengths and unique abilities, which can fit into the unique needs of the customer – we plan the delivery of your freight according to the drivers who fit your specific needs best.

The dash cameras installed on each MadCo truck are equipped with artificial intelligence capability, which prevents accidents from occurring through machine learning technologies.

TRUCK SAFETY FEATURES

Our trucks are equipped with motoring systems that notify the management if the truck is speeding, braking aggressively, or driving irregularly given your more protection.

MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Our TMS remotely checks the condition of each of our trucks and trailers on an hourly basis, notifying our maintenance staff of upcoming repairs, and sending the trucks that need attention to the headquarters. We run both new and used equipment with a heavy focus on routine safety, compliance and maintenance. All our trucks and trailers are required to have a thoroughly detailed inspection every 90 days, with no exceptions. This dramatically reduces the number breakdowns and delays during transit of freight.

FLEET MPG CALCULATION

We are able to reduce fuel costs by gaining insight into real MPG data on each truck in our fleet and help educate our drivers on higher efficiency that allows us to control rates.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

With our advanced TMS, we have full visibility into the safety and compliance of our trucks, trailers, and the drivers hours of service, which allows us to prevent unnecessary delays, provide better load management, more accurate ETAs and be more efficient.

SITTING TRUCK ALERTS

This feature alerts the entire MadCo Operations Team when a truck has been sitting empty for longer than 2 hours, which puts emphasis on getting it moving and making it available for our customers.
